Complaints Policy

Delfen.ai supplies business customers only (B2B). The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code) therefore does not apply. See the General Terms & Conditions.

If you believe a product demonstrably does not match the description on its product page, submit a complaint to info@delfen.ai with your order number and a description of the specific point. We respond substantively within 5 working days.

Delfen.ai assesses each complaint individually. A resolution may consist of a corrected version of the product or a replacement delivery. There is no right to a refund.

• Step 1 — Get in touch: email info@delfen.ai with a clear description of your complaint and your order number. We aim to begin handling your complaint within 2 working days.
• Step 2 — Response and resolution: you receive a substantive response within 5 working days. We aim for a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement file or a corrected version of the product.
• Step 3 — Escalation:if we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may submit the dispute to the competent court of the Rotterdam District Court in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions.

If you did not receive a download link after payment, or your link has expired, note that download links are valid for 7 days. Contact info@delfen.ai with your order number and we will send a new link as soon as possible, within 1 working day at the latest.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can report it to info@delfen.ai or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. See also our privacy policy.
